If you want to get out on the lake, head to the harbor and launch a kayak or paddleboard; the shoreline here is perfect for a slow, scenic paddle. Or just relax at the small public beach, where you can watch fishing boats come and go.
Nature lovers will want to check out Tofte Park—a peaceful spot with picnic tables, a gentle rocky beach, and views straight out to endless blue. For a little history, stop by the North Shore Commercial Fishing Museum and learn how hardy fishermen shaped the region.
