The North Shore’s lively art calendar keeps creativity flowing all year. The Grand Marais Arts Festival, held in downtown Grand Marais on July 11–12, 2026, transforms the streets into a bustling celebration of art, music, and community. Visitors can browse artist booths, watch live demonstrations, and soak in the festive atmosphere.
Earlier in the year, the Lutsen Art Festival —known as Art on the Slopes: Lutsen Family Festival—takes place March 13–15, 2026, right at Lutsen Mountains. This family-friendly event features art exhibits and activities that perfectly complement the winter landscape.
